Alex De La Garza
Executive Director
Mr. De La Garza brings more than 35 years of experience in Sales, Education, and Admissions. He is passionate about helping individuals succeed in life through career training. As the co-founder of a career school and an instructor for over 15 years, he has supported the graduation of more than 500 students. Making sure that they were equipped to pursue a career and flourish. Within the organization, he serves as Executive Director, ensuring operations run smoothly and guiding the company’s continued growth and impact in the community.
Director of Outreach
Ms. Keys brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare and customer service. She is deeply committed to serving individuals experiencing homelessness—providing food, clothing, and compassionate care with dignity and respect. Her dedication to helping people heal makes her an invaluable asset to the community. Making her an excellent person to guide our clients. As our Director of Outreach, she connects those in need with essential resources, including food, clothing, shelter, and other vital support. Making a lasting, positive impact on the community is Ms. Keys’ greatest joy.
Director of Operations
Ms. Bennett brings more than 20 years of experience in business, education, and public service. She is passionate about ensuring that community members have access to the resources they need. Dedicated to supporting seniors, the differently abled, and children is a top priority. She strives to make sure their essential needs are met. As a Life Coach, she values working with people who need support and are ready to seek it. Serving others is Ms. Bennett’s life purpose. In her role as Director of Operations, she ensures everything runs smoothly and steps into any role necessary to get the job done.
Administrative Assistant
Ms. Johnson is a high school graduate who is pursuing her college journey. She enjoys expressing her artistic talents through a unique lens. As the Administrative Assistant, she helps to ensure that every first point of contact in the office is a positive experience. From intake to follow-up to case closure, she makes sure our clients receive attentive and thoughtful care. It is her goal to aid in the betterment of those who are in need. With compassion and willingness, Ms. Johnson handles our cases with empathy. Then she's waiting to see you get to the other side.
